Get creative in this short, hands-on glass class where you'll design and create your own unique sheet of glass. Perfect for beginners and experienced glass artists alike, this workshop focuses on color layering, texture techniques, and custom pattern creation - no cutting needed!
You’ll learn techniques for incorporating frit, powders, stringers, and inclusions. Your 10×10 sheet will be fired for you upon completion. You will need to pick up your sheet after approximately 7 days.
Once your piece is fired, you'll have a one-of-a-kind sheet of art glass, ready to be incorporated into future stained glass projects, mosaics, or standalone artworks. All materials provided. Just bring your ideas and a passion for glass!
Length: 2.5 hours
Surprises are part of the process! Please note that due to the nature of kiln-fired glass, your project may not turn out exactly as you plan! During the firing process, things that you place on top of your base sheet may jump, move, change colors, etc!
